Initial consultation will be around 60mins including acupuncture treatment. Depending on your presenting condition, we may prescribe herbal medicine formula which will be an additional cost.

We will recommend you come 5-10mins earlier to your initial appointment to fill out patient forms.

Best condition to come into receive acupuncture is neither too hungry nor too full.

Acupuncture is inserting fine needle into specific parts of our body to create an effect on our body’s Qi (energy). Although you may not feel much during the treatment, your body is at work so being too hungry may cause dizziness and lying down with full stomach can cause discomfort.

Yes, at flow clinic, we only use sterile, single use needles and DO NOT re-use our needles.

Yes, all our practitioners are fully vaccinated, and we have 15mins gap between each appointment to sanitise and ventilate the room.
